The 17th Annual Bluebird Festival

When: Saturday, April 24, 2010

Where: Downtown Wills Point, Texas – Highway 80, 50 miles east of Dallas

Time: 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

 

Food Booth Rental is $50.00 per space until March 15, 2010.

Applications postmarked after March 15, 2009 are $75.00.

(These spaces are approximately 12’ x 20’)

Electricity is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

 

Rules for food vendors:

1.       Vendor check-in will begin at 6:00 AM and must be completed by 9:00 AM. Check in will be located on the corner of 5th and James Street.

2.       Spaces rented are 12’ X 20’ per $50 fee. All vendor items including tent, trailer, tables and signage must be contained within the assigned space. Multiple spaces can be rented by an individual vendor should more space be required.

3.       Spaces will be assigned on a first come basis in the order that the signed contract and payment are received. Booth assignments are made based on space availability, vendor needs, electrical requirements, type of food and potential duplication of food products.

4.       Booths must look professional in appearance and remain clean at all times.

5.       Please display clear signage listing all of your concession items with pricing on your booth.

6.       Trash receptacles for booth use should be provided by vendor. Trash receptacles for customers will be provided by the BBFA/City of Wills Point.

7.       Upon the conclusion of the festival, vendor is responsible for removal and disposal of all trash in booth area. Wastewater and grease removal are the responsibility of the vendor and cannot be disposed of in festival trash receptacles.

8.       All vendors are required to remain open for business until 5:00 PM. (No vehicles will be allowed onto street until 5:00 PM) NO EXCEPTIONS! If you should choose to remove/close any portion of your booth prior to 5PM you will not be asked to return next year. Please make any arrangements necessary to have enough product to supply your booth the entire day.
